Registration Information

Registration is required for all conference attendees. Your name badge, issued with your paid registration, is required for admission to all conference activities. Conference registration does not include the Thursday Special Evening Event and tours. All attendees, presenters, and exhibitors may pick up their registration materials at the Check-in/Registration tables.

  • Friday, February 3, 2017:  Tour of The Children's Center at Caltech, 50 attendees max - $20 The Children's Center at Catlech (CCC) has been serving children six months through five years of age.  The CCC is a non-profit organization, and is a national leader in STEM Early Childhood Education.  The CCC developed a STEM based curriculum that utilizes a constructivist approach to plan and implement an inquiry-based learning program.  In addition, the CCC conducts professional development workshops on and offsite.  You will receive a complete tour of all 9 classrooms (infant to preschool), our award winning science lab, and our beautiful outdoor environment.  For more information about The Children's Center at Caltech, please visit
  • Saturday, February 4, 2017: Tour of Kidspace Children's Museum, 50 attendees max - $20.
  • Hall of Inquiry (included in registration).  The Hall of Inquiry is a space where vendors/exhibitors, valuable resources, and a model teaching lab to explore is available for participants to see.  This is included with your registration.

Parking: Hotel self parking is available to attendees at a discounted rate of $8 per vehicle per day and $16 overnight. Hotel valet parking is $10 per vehicle per day and $18 overnight.  Parking is paid upon departure.  Make sure you get your parking ticket validated to receive the discounted parking rate.

Student Rate: Eligibility requires student to show school ID and a current schedule of classes upon check in at the conference.

Groups of 10+: A group discount of 20% is offered to parties of 10 people or more.  Registration days and tour must be the same to receive discount.
